SAARC VISA section of Home Department, Foreigners Branch is engaged in processing the VISA Extension and other related services of PAKISTANI nationals only through Online IVFRT module as well REPATRIATION / DEPORTATION of illegal entrants from Bangladesh into India.

For VISA Extn. and other related services to all nationals, other than PAKISTANI Nationals, are processed by Foreigners Regional Registration Officer (FRRO, Kolkata), regional office of Bureau of Immigration (BoI), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India through online IVFRT module. For getting VISA Extension and other related services, all the foreigners have to apply through the following portal: https://indianfrro.gov.in/frro/

Pakistani nationals may apply for VISA and other related services through the same portal online https://indianfrro.gov.in/frro/ to the concerned FRO. After processing the case, FRO grants the services, which are delegated to them by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. For other cases, the concerned FRO refers the application to Foreigners Branch, i.e. STUT, Kolkata for approval, or to the MHA, Government of India as the case may be.
